Anavite Multivitamin Product Description

Anavite is a high-end sports nutrition multivitamin.  The vitamins are in chelated form which helps them digest so you can get the most out of your multivitamin.

Pro’s

  • High quality multi-pill, multivitamin
  • Carnipure in multivitamin
  • Fatty Acids, BCAAs, digestive enzymes, amino acids
  • Increased Energy
  • Increased Endurance

Con’s

  • Little pricey, more for serious trainers
  • 3 pills 2x a day

The carnatine and the beta alanine are the endurance and performance boosters that are contained within Anvite.  Don’t expect them to boost performance like a pre-workout substance or creatine, but nonetheless, they will help.

Perhaps the best part about Anavite is that all of the vitamins are in chelated form as opposed to oxidized forms.  Other lower tier multivitamins contain substantial amounts of vitamins, but are in oxidized forms so you end up passing a lot of them through your system; even the Opti-Men and GNC Mega Men Sport.

The Chelated form doesn’t mean much for most people, but for serious athletes and lifters and for people taking a stack of other supplements, you need a high quality multivitamin.

The one downside to Anavite is the beta-alanine tingles that some users experience.  If you have never experienced these before, then it may feel a bit weird and it is definitely is not for everyone. The beta-alanine tingles can be kind of cool though, I mean in a sense that is how you can tell your multivitamin is working and getting digested right?  A little feedback never hurts…

Who Should Purchase the Anavite Multivitamin?

Similar to Animal Pak and the Orange Triad Multivitamin, I recommend Gaspari Nutrition’s Anavite to serious athletes and lifters.  If you don’t workout that hard, in my opinion you can get by with a cheaper multivitamin like Opti-men / women, and you wont notice a difference.

However, if you are training 5-6 days a week, lifting, running, or what have you, then you need a high-end multivitamin like one of the previous 3 mentioned.  Anavite is a good choice, just beware of the beta-alanine tingles.

Because of the high quality of the ingredients and the chelated form of the vitamins, Anavite is a bit more expensive than a lot of multivitamins.  I recommend getting it on Amazon or from somewhere with a coupon / special offer.  If you can find a deal, you’ll end up getting Anavite for a similar price to Animal Pak; roughly 30 day supply for around $20.
